Bad news for Dexter fans: Mr. Dexter, Michael Hall is battling cancer.
But, there’s good news, too. Michael Hall appears to be winning his fight.
His hair may be short and wispy, but it is a welcome sign Michael C hall is on the road to recovery.
Dexter is in remission from Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a cancer that attacks the lymphatic system.
He announced he was suffering from the disease in January.
