The 32-year old actress has just announced that she is pregnant with her first baby with producer Jose Castillo. The couple are expecting the baby to arrive in September, according to their representatives.

“We are excited to announce we are expecting our first child. It’s such a blessing and we can’t wait to welcome our new addition to the family.”

The actress is also known as April Lee Hernandez.

She was recently seen in “Person Of Interest” on CBS, where she appeared as guest star.

The new lady in Dexter’s life has been described as someone with a violent past, and who has successfully turned away from this and has been living a low-key life…that is, until she comes across Dexter.

I wonder what this character’s influence will be and what will it mean for Debra, who we know has already expressed her feelings for her foster brother, as feelings of romantic love.

The actor who plays the character, Michael C. Hall, recently went to different countries, to travel and explore, but at the same time, he also visited New Zealand to promote his TV show. The actor did interviews for three days, and then spent the next week touring the country from north to south.

While Michael C. Hall admits that this is part of the perks of working in a popular show like Dexter, he also wishes that he could regain some of his anonimity back, when all this is over.

The series is set to end after two more seasons, and it looks like Hall is looking forward to doing other stuff, aside from pretending to be the most dangerous serial killer on TV. He does, however, appreciate all the love and support for the show, and he acknowledges he is blessed with so many opportunities and moments.

According to Michael C. Hall, it will be important for the show to incorporate new dynamics when it returns for new seasons in the next two years. The series has been renewed for a seventh and an eight season, with a possibility of extending way beyond that.

Should Showtime decide it has to end however, Hall says that he’s keen on doing comedies next. He kids that he’d love to do a series where no one has to die. Before Dexter, the actor was also in another dark drama series called “Six Feet Under” where he played a gay character.

Dexter won’t be back on the cable channel till September 30th. And the actors don’t have to return to the set until the middle or end of summer.

The show, which has just ended its sixth season a few months back, has been renewed for both seasons seven and eight by Showtime. And the cable network’s president said that there may be a possibility the series can still extend beyond that point.

But for Carpenter, who plays Dexter’s foster sister Debra, playing the role is enough with eight seasons. She says in an interview that she doesn’t want to overstay the show’s welcome. But sometimes, with the way things go in Hollywood, you just don’t know what’s going to happen.

Jennifer says that she hopes people would still receive the show well, even after eight years. The actres says that Dexter has been such a game-changing series, and it’s the reason why it lasted this long. But the new and additional seasons posts a challenge for its creators.

It’s also possible that the final eighth season (for now at least), will see Dexter meeting his dark end because it would just be so anti-climactic and out of character if the writers give the series its happy ending.

The adaptation is being developed for a US cable channel and the orphan will be characterized as a 30 year old man who is raised in New York. Like the original series, the main character will keep the name Thomas.

One of the co-creators of the original series, Marc Herpoux, has confirmed that it will be adapted but also said that the US version will be free to take artistic licensing. “We don’t really have a say in this. I think they want to do something bigger than our series by having sex trafficking in Eastern Europe at the core of their story. Something more realistic, too, without the ‘tale’ aspect of our series.”

Herpoux is very pleased that the Dexter creator will be the person behind the adaptation.

James Manos Jr. said that he is eager to recreate the success of the Pigalle, la nuit.

The actor plays the character of Morris, who in every way is so the opposite of his TV character. Morris is kind of a slacker who has pretty big dreams but does not do anything about it. He also falls in love with the daughter of his old friend from high school and the girl is almost half his age.

What made the actor choose to work on such a material?

According to Michael C. Hall, the appeal of working in this film is because there was a chance for him to return to New York, in his actually neighborhood as a child. He says the street where the character lived in the story, is where he also lived at one point in his life — on New York’s East 5th Street.

Hall also says that the character is quite “unspectacular” and he relishes playing that part, especially after years of playing the controversial serial killer, Dexter. He admits it is a nice change of pace.
